Study on Professional Competency in Young University students, shows interesting results on the training of young professionals

 

 

In order to feed the dialogue between educational, social and productive sectors, Universia Mexico conducted a study to determine the link between skills training offered by educational institutions and the needs of the qualification by employers. This project joined forces with the Research Institute for the Development of Education (INIDE by its acronym in Spanish) from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Universia and Fundación Telefónica and the product of this allowed the elaboration of the "Report of Professional Skills in Pre-university and university students of Latin America."

This study is particularly relevant in the context of global concerns to encourage education and training to provide quality youth perform better in society. The report reflects the perception of seven countries in Latin America: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Spain, Mexico and Peru.
